Delivery Terms and Conditions
Delivery Times will vary depending on your location and time of order, typically within 2-3 working days. The team will confirm your expected delivery date after they have picked your order and arrange the delivery.
Delivery Cost is £6 for orders under £50 and free for orders £50 or over. Please note however that if your order exceeds 10kg we may be required to add a Delivery Surcharge in which case the team will call and agree this with you beforehand
Product Quantity Limits while we will try to fulfil all orders in full we may be required to limit quantities based on stocks and demand. This may involve limiting single product lines to 2kg per customer order.

Hints and Tips to Ordering Online
To redeem your Rewards Points you can create an account and use the same email and mobile number you provided in store. At checkout in the Billings section select “Apply” besides your Rewards Card no.
If you checkout as a Guest the system will still find and link your instore account and you will continue to accumulate Rewards Points as you would instore.
Prices are per weight, volume or unit, as noted in the product name (e.g. Chickpeas Organic /kg).
When entering weights please select round amounts (i.e. 100g, 250g) to help us fill orders more quickly, products will be filled within a 10g tolerance
To purchase 100g just enter 0.1 into the order screen and then add it to your cart. You can amend quantities in the cart also if you accidentally order 100kg!
For liquids please check our pre-bottled offering (category Grab & Go) or select and we will help you fill these in-store when you collect your order.
We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up for Click and Collect or the expected Delivery Date.
