Coconut Milk Powder

This coconut milk powder has a distinctive coconut flavour and aroma with a fine texture. This powder can be reconstituted to make coconut milk or added directly to smoothies and juices. As a powder or liquid, it can be incorporated in many recipes. A quick, easy and convenient way to always have coconut milk on hand in the pantry – perfect for caravanning or hiking trips.

How to Use:

Add 4 tbsps. of this organic Coconut milk powder to 1 cup of water, and stir or blend until combined. Alternatively, add milk powder directly to smoothies, or sprinkle over oat or quinoa porridge, fruit salads and yoghurt. This powder can be used in raw foods like superfood balls, muesli bars, chia puddings and chocolate to add a lovely coconut flavour. Use prepared coconut milk in place of other liquids in home-baked bread, biscuit and muffin recipes. Coconut milk powder is also suitable to include in savoury soups, hotpots and stir-fries – anywhere you’d like to add a dash of coconut! The powder can be added directly to curries and stews for a lovely coconut flavour without the extra liquid.
