INGREDIENTS

Smoothie Base:

1/4 cup of oats or cooked porridge

1 tbs of cacao powder

1 tbs of carob powder (it gives the smoothie a subtle caramel flavour but you could also use maca powder or more cacao)

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

2 tbs of vanilla plant based protein

1 tsp of instant coffee powder or 2 tbs of espresso

 

Toppings:

Cinnamon doughnuts

Toasted coconut chips

Chewy mulberries

Sprinkle of cacao nibs
